By Appointment

Online Appointments

Every Saurav Ghosh piece is made to order, and we would rather talk you through it than leave you to a product page. An appointment gives you a Client Advisor's full attention — to walk through the collection, discuss leathers and hardware, or begin a bespoke commission.

Appointments are held over video call, or in person at our Kolkata atelier.

What to Expect

Make Contact
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email with a few dates and times that suit you, and tell us whether you would prefer a video call or a visit to the atelier.
Confirmation
A Client Advisor will confirm your appointment and, for video calls, send a link. We will ask what you are looking for beforehand so the right pieces are ready.
The Appointment
Usually forty-five minutes. We show the pieces in detail, talk through leathers, brass fittings and finishes, and answer anything about the craft behind them. There is no obligation to order.
Bespoke Commissions
If you would like something made to your own specification, this is where it begins. We will discuss materials, dimensions and timelines, and follow up with a sketch and a quotation.
Atelier Visits
Our Kolkata atelier receives clients by prior appointment only. Address and directions are shared once your visit is confirmed.

“We would rather make one piece well, for someone who understands it, than a hundred for no one in particular.”
