Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Domestic and International Orders

At www.sauravghosh.com, all online orders are accepted on a Made-to-Order basis, which means that every product is specially handcrafted by skilled artisans in India only after the order has been received.

Because of this, every product is unique and may have slight variations, particularly where natural materials such as natural stones, pearls, or leather are used. These natural differences are an inherent part of the beauty and individuality of handcrafted products and should not be considered imperfections.

All our products undergo strict quality checks before they are carefully packed and shipped.

Since our orders follow a Made-to-Order production system, we believe that our clients place their orders with an appreciation of the craftsmanship, individuality, and nature of the products we offer.

Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through this website, except under the specific circumstances stated below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

• The order arrives damaged in transit; or
• The client receives an incorrect product.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned exactly as received, unused, in its original packaging, and with the barcode tag intact and untampered.

1. Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges will be processed as a continuation of the client's original order and will reflect the original purchase price (MRP).
• Customised or personalised bags and SLGs cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. How to Make a Return

Inform Us Within 3 Days

Please email us at info@sauravghosh.com within 3 days of receiving the order to notify us of any damage or incorrect product received.

Send Product Photographs

Before arranging a return, please send us clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. Our Quality Control team will review the photographs and confirm whether the return is approved.

Return Pick-Up

Once the return has been approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from the client for domestic orders.

For international orders, if a client has received a damaged product, the client will be required to send the product back to us at their own expense.

In the case of an incorrect international order, we will arrange for the product to be collected from the client.

Replacement Shipment

Once we receive the returned item and it successfully passes our quality verification, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Please Note

We are not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged during a return shipment. We will also not be responsible for any return submitted without prior notification and approval from us.

3. Refunds

Refunds Will Be Issued Only If:

• The package is lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

1. After the returned item reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the required quality checks, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Additional time may be required by the respective bank, card issuer, or payment provider for the amount to reflect in the client's account.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

• Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete delivery addresses.
• Deliveries attempted three times without success.
• Packages refused by the recipient.
• Products returned in used or damaged condition.
• Minor colour, texture, or design variations arising from the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural stones, pearls, leather, or other natural materials.
• Items that are not faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, a replacement will be provided only where applicable under this policy.

4. Guarantee of Authenticity

All products purchased through our official website, www.sauravghosh.com, are guaranteed authentic.

We cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from any other source, seller, platform, or third party.

5. Cancellations

Any order placed through www.sauravghosh.com cannot be cancelled.

Every piece is handcrafted and produced specially for our customers after the order is received. As our products are made specifically against individual orders, production begins as part of our Made-to-Order system.

We therefore request our clients to carefully review the Made-to-Order Policy, Product Details, and Terms & Conditions before completing their purchase.
